Comprehensive Periodontal Exam
All new patient exams are 60 to 90 minutes. This allows for our team to evaluate and treatment plan your dental concerns and needs. A complete medical history and dental exam are gathered to formulate an individualized proposal that is thoroughly explained to you and an actionable plan moving forward. Dr. Morris prioritizes spending time with each patient through this process to ensure all potential options are discussed and your questions are answered.

Please click on “forms” located on the left hand toolbar to fill out your medical history and pertinent forms.
Insurance policy
We accept all insurance benefits. Once a treatment plan is developed at your first visit, we submit all documentation for an estimate of your benefits. Information such as x-rays, dental charting and written narratives are part of what your insurance company needs in order to respond with specific information and your contract's allowance. This estimate is then used to determine any out-of-pocket cost that will be the patient's responsibility.
Payment policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks or cash as method of payment. The office staff will communicate with your insurance company to access your benefits information. With a written explanation of your benefits, the office can file for services and your co-payment can be determined.
